What can I do on TenthRow?

Here's a quick summary of the many things you can do:

• Watch concert videos from your favorite artists
• Share videos with your friends by posting them to social networks
• Download live MP3s (some are FREE)
• Discover new artists by seeing them play "live"
• Learn more about the bands themselves via bios and links to their other websites
• Purchase recorded music and merch (tshirts, posters, etc.)

Plus, pretty soon you'll be able to:

• Create and share playlists of your favorite songs
• Purchase tickets to upcoming shows

How do I share songs (or concerts or playlists) with my friends?

Just click on one of the share links to the right of the video player and then select your method of sharing. You have the option to share the current song you're watching or the entire concert or playlist (from the beginning).

Can I download the videos I see on TenthRow?

You can't download videos from TenthRow, but you can watch all of the videos for FREE and as many times as you want on the site itself. You can, however, download the audio-only versions of many of the songs featured on TenthRow.com. Just click on the "live MP3" link next to these songs. Some are free.

How do I download MP3s from TenthRow?

All you have to do is click on the "live MP3" link next to each song and proceed from there. Check out the Downloading / Purchasing FAQ below if you have specific questions about the process.

How do I change my password?

Click on the Account link in the upper right, and then click on the Change Password link in the "your account" navigation section of the Account page.

How can I purchase MP3s on TenthRow?

Just click on the "live MP3" link next to each song. If this link is grayed out and denoted as "not available", then that song is not available for purchase at this time.

Are MP3s available for every song on TenthRow?

Unfortunately, no. MP3s are available only for certain songs at this time. For various reasons, some songs just can't be sold. If they can, they're available on TenthRow, and the "live MP3" link will be clickable.

Can I buy multiple MP3s at once?

Absolutely. You can buy MP3s from different concerts at the same time, too. After you're sent to PayPal, just click on the "Continue Shopping" button to return to TenthRow and purchase additional MP3s (either from the same concert or other concerts).

Can I buy the whole concert in one click?

In many cases, yes. If all of the MP3s are available for sale for that concert, the "buy live album" link will be available next to the concert title (the line below the artist and song name on the concert page). Just click on that link to purchase all of the downloads from the concert in one fell swoop. If less than all of the songs are available for purchase, then you'll have to purchase each song individually (sorry about that).

How do I see what's in my cart?

Just click on the Cart link in the upper right of every page. Please note that you need to be logged into TenthRow.com in order to see what's in your cart.

Where do I get my downloads after I pay for them on PayPal?

After you complete the transaction on PayPal, click the "Return to TenthRow" button to be taken to your download page on TenthRow.com. This is where you'll see your recent transaction. Then click on the "Download Page" button to be taken to the page where you can download your MP3s from that transaction.

I don't see my recent transaction on the TenthRow Downloads page. Where is it?

First, try refreshing the page. Sometimes you get back to TenthRow before PayPal can tell us that you just bought some MP3s. If you don't see the transaction after refreshing, please send an email to support@tenthrow.com, and we'll see what's going on.

Can I download my downloads all at once?

Not at this time. Right now, you have to click on each Download File button individually.

How long are my downloads available for download?

Downloads are available for 2 days. If you need to download the songs or concerts again after that time, please shoot us an email.

It looks like my full concert download is a zip file. How do I get to the MP3s?

Just unzip the zip file, and you should be left with a folder that includes all of your MP3s.
